Why Quality?
Yesterday Teresa returned to the shop a small 'iPad' style tablet I bought last week. This is why I bought it.
I can't justify the spend on an iPad, say £400.
I don't need what the iPad does, I have an android phone and a laptop.
The tablet displays pictures about the size of 6x4 photos and that is what I need - to show customers our work, catalogues of what they can get from us, and at network meetings work we have done.
It was only £79.
It had Angry Birds preloaded!
No brainer?
Well after a few days the charger wasn't fitting in the port well enough to keep charging it whilst you sat around with it, like when the kids are playing Angry Birds. What's next?
So back it goes. We'll wait for an iPad, it's Christmas soon and we can put this Christmas present through the books. Win, win.
Why am I Blogging this?
We'll I might as well be writing about a tin of Aldi baked beans.
When you want something to work right and be happy with what you've spent your money on you have to pay for it. You're not just paying for the product or service, for the hours that have gone into providing you with that product or service, you're paying for the thought, the energy and the passion that went into it.
That's why our customers pay for Bolton Joinery to do work for them. We spend time on them, we afford our customers energy others won't and we are very passionate about what we do. Over the years we have developed a service that we are sure our customers will be happy with, and if they're not we improve it. Your paying for the 530 starts, the time away from the family, the thinking of work whilst on holiday, the thinking of work whilst in bed.
Why should you settle for second best?
Get what you wanted in the first place!
As my customer's will know, I bought an iPad soon after, and it's the best thing I did.
So, this is Bolton Joinery's commitment to quality...
